What will it have written on it?
Your credit or debit card statement will show as charged to Oaktree Solutions.

There are three options for UK delivery:
Royal Mail 48 Tracked Delivery (usually taking 48-72 hours)
Royal Mail 24 Tracked Delivery (usually taking 24-48 hours)*

Next Day Tracked Delivery (delivered the next working day)*

* Please note that certain postcodes can take an additional 24 hours for delivery (e.g. AB, DD, FK, TD, PH postcodes, Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, and the Isles of Scilly).

Dispatch

We will endeavour to dispatch all orders placed before 12pm on the same day, Monday to Friday. Orders that are placed on a Friday after this cut-off time will be shipped on the following Monday.

Returns Policy

The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 states that you as a client have the full right to cancel any order without giving a reason within 7 days of purchase. All returned products must be unopened, unworn/unused and returned with all accessories or free gifts that were included with your item.

You should inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and you must notify PleasureForYou as soon as possible if the goods are faulty or incorrect. Items must be tested for their functions and checked by hand before use intimately. Always turn on (and charge where appropriate) vibrating or other battery powered items to check their pre-programmed modes before intimate use. Even if you do not intend to use the item immediately please make sure that you have received the correct product(s) and they are working correctly as soon as possible. If you fail to notify us of a fault or problem with your order you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and that they are in working condition.

You can return an order to us within 30 days for a full refund. If your order has already been sent when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund. All returned items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

You may exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days of receipt of delivery.

We will send you a replacement product up to the value of what you spent free of charge. We will contact you to discuss which product will be most likely to make you happy!

If you choose a lower priced item as a replacement, we are unable to refund the difference. We cannot send you a higher priced item with a payment for the difference.

Unless the returned items are defective, you have to send them back to us at your own expense and you we will only issue a full refund if the items (including packaging and accessories) have not been significantly damaged.

If you return a used product more than 30 days after purchase and it is not faulty, we will throw it away. You will not be entitled to a refund or replacement.
